looking forward

Well we had some good news at my last Dr. appt. My midwife asked me to see Dr. Weber, he is a OB who has been around for quite some time and she felt that IF this baby ended up being breech as well, that Dr. Weber would be our guy! After sitting down with him and discussing my past birth experience, he assured me that he also agrees that breech birth is not abnormal and can be treated like any other normal delivery without the immediate need for a c-section. That was music to my ears! He quick did a check and said that he is confident that the baby will be staying head down and he felt that the baby was already 4 1/2 to 5 lbs.Good news! Esp since Kyla was about 4 lbs when she flipped at 37 weeks.

All in all I am still feeling very good and really getting excited for the big day to arrive! only about 4-5 weeks more to go.......

first boo boo that needs a band aid!

So Kyla got her first real boo boo. I am not exactly sure how she did it, but it looked like she got a bit of a hang nail. It wouldn't stop bleeding, so got out the little band aid. She was quite enthralled with it!

these boots were made for PLAYING!

So Kyla loves all her boots and she especially loves her newest pair! The pink cowboy boots she got from Grandma and Grandpa Magsam are her top request! Here is some fun pictures for your enjoyment

a happy Thanksgiving

Well, we had a wonderful thanksgiving this year. Since Dustin shot a buck the Saturday before he decided to sleep in and enjoy the morning with the family. We woke up and made a yummy breakfast. Then we took out the ornaments and broke out the Mariah Carey Christmas CD and trimmed our little Christmas tree. Since it was a tinier tree it really didn't take long, but it was sure fun to do!
We got ourselves ready and headed to great grandma Jeanne's house for a relaxing time with family. There was a ton of food and fun. Luckily Kyla took a small nap while we were there and then it was off to the Marquands house to surprise them with a visit.
It was a ton of fun to see their face when we showed up. They were so confused and happy that we could make it. We also got to finally take a new family picture!

Overall it was a great day and now we are looking forward to Christmas!
